Main Responsibility
As an Assistant Manager at Loupe (Beaverbrooks group) you will support the Manager and Deputy Manager in delivering the store strategy.
The role requires strong leadership, accountability, delivered with fun and energy.
Reporting to the Boutique Manager, Deputy Manager, and Head of Retail, you will play an integral part as a member of the in-store management team and take a lead role in supporting the Boutique Supervisors and sales team in their personal development.
Together with the management team you will develop your colleagues to have world class and consistent selling and sales management skills.
Together you will also ensure the smooth and efficient operational running of the store.
You’ll support colleagues to work within the company brand values whilst nurturing a positive work environment.
Be prepared for accountability. The truth is, you’re going to have to work hard if you want to keep up—but, believe us, you’ll want to.
The Ideal Candidate
As an Assistant Manager you will be a true role model.
You will be an individual who can implement brand values, cultural change, hold people accountable and develop selling and sales management skills to a consistently high standard.
You should be prepared to enjoy building long term relationships with new and existing clients as well as supporting the organisation of, and attending, client events.
The successful candidate will be passionate about diamonds, jewellery and enjoy working in partnership with a selection of the world’s finest watch houses.
You’ll have an adaptable communication style and a passion for delivering outstanding levels of Client service with a keen eye for detail in everything you and your colleagues do.
You’ll have a creative and objective approach to working with your team and the ability to support, coach and develop them to perform to the same high standard.
And you’ll know how important it is to listen to both your clients and team, and to always be open and honest with them.
Not only do you have a brilliant instinct, but you’ll be also personally motivated and understand that you’re going to have to put plenty in to get out what you want.
